History & Overview

AMMS started business in the local RSA market in 1998 and quickly expanded its activities internationally. AMMS has actively conducted projects on multiple continents. This expanded activity has included accompanying a Presidential visit, thus contributing its part in generating new business for the RSA Economy and providing specialist insight abroad.

AMMS partnered with significant blue chip European and American companies, with more recent business expansion in the Middle East.

Contracts have been closed with Government Departments and Private commercial company’s delivering, production facilities, product training and logistic services for land, air and seaward defence products and numerous commercial and industrial applications.

AMMS has successfully conducted Technology transfers and additionally sold production licenses with full Government approvals being in place to do so.

New technologies, processes and designs have been patented. Atlantis Specialist Technologies is currently the custodian company of IP in the Group.
